At MRSTORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personal use products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method or via bank transfer/COD adjustment

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item received

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong item was sent
  • Product arrived damaged

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
